| Had a wonderful week in the spring. During a stressful time at work it was just what I needed - so quiet and peaceful and the lodge was so comfortable. And to be welcomed with tea and scones and cream. The only snag was I enjoyed the dishwasher so much I had to go and treat myself to one! Hope to be able to come back in 2010.

Just returned from a week in the 2 bedroom farmhouse. There is so much space to spread out, the new porch is like a conservatory and nice to sit in the morning reading a book. The games room with pool table (free) and table tennis is great for the kids, and there is a swing just outside the front door that our 9 year old enjoyed every day. The area is peaceful and restful, with so much to do during the day including culture, fun, beaches (swimming and surfing) galore.
Cost is very reasonable; we can not see any reason for not returning again in the future.
Of the beaches Praa Sands is a massive long fine sandy beach just 30 minutes away.
As the visitor book says one couple have been back 22 times. Maybe they have found the best kept secret in Cornwall, we tend to agree.

| We stayed in the 2 bedroomed farmhouse for a week, using it as a base for exploring the Lizard. Lestowder Farm suited our needs perfectly. The facility of the 'Games Room' was a great hit with our children, and we found lots to see and do nearby, whatever the weather. Lestowder has a lovely atmosphere and there's a beach within 5 minutes walk along a delightful woodland path. We couldn't fault this place and will definitely be coming here again. Worth every penny.
